What's covered

Five modules. One placement-ready student.

Every module is timetabled, taught in person by a senior faculty member, and backed by a practice bank on the platform.

Quantitative aptitude & data interpretation

Number systems through probability and guesstimates, with Vedic shortcuts for speed under time pressure.

Semester 1

Logical reasoning

Arrangements, syllogisms, input-output and puzzles - the section where campus tests separate the top quartile.

Semester 1

Verbal ability

Grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and critical reasoning, taught to the level campus tests actually set.

Semester 1 / 2

Soft skills

Communication, public speaking, presentation craft, professionalism, growth mindset and structured goal setting - run as workshops where every student presents.

Semester 1 / 2

Executive development workshops

Leadership, decision-making, emotional intelligence, financial acumen and personal branding for final-year and postgraduate cohorts.

Semester 1 / 2

5 modules across two semesters · 60–80 students per batch · taught in person on your campus

Curriculum

Every topic, module by module

This is the full syllabus, not a summary. Select a module to see exactly what your students sit through, in the order they sit through it.

Quantitative aptitude & data interpretation

The largest module, and the one that decides most sectional cut-offs. Taught with Vedic shortcuts from day one, because speed matters as much as method.

The difference

Most vendors send a trainer.
We bring the whole platform.

The classes are only half of it. Every assessment, every practice set and every score on this programme runs on software Board Infinity builds and operates in-house - so the proctoring, the question bank, the tracking and the reporting are one system, not four vendors stitched together.

Infy Assess - test management, live product

Assessment engine

Infy Assess

Every weekly test, mock and sectional cut-off check on this programme runs here.

  • AI image & video proctoring - flags multiple faces, absence, gaze deviation and tab switches in real time
  • Smart question bank - a pre-built, topic-tagged library you can extend with your own items
  • Multi-format testing - MCQ, subjective and video-response questions in a single paper
  • Skill analytics dashboard - cohort and student insight reports with accuracy and skill-gap views
Also runs hybrid auto and manual grading, with sectional and topic-wise score breakdowns.

Infy LMS - course management, live product

Content & tracking

Infy LMS

White-labelled to your institution, and live for twelve months after the last class.

  • Our own content library - the e-books, handouts and recorded revision modules are produced in-house
  • Live plus self-paced - virtual classroom, course builder and certificate generation in one place
  • Complete tracking - attendance, module progress and time-on-task per student, per session
  • Integrates with your stack - API-based connections to your LMS, ERP or student management system
Recorded revision modules stay open through the placement season, not just the teaching term.

Why it matters for an aptitude programme

Training vendors report attendance. A platform reports readiness - and can prove it under exam conditions.

  • Weekly scores are proctored, so improvement is evidence rather than self-reported.
  • Soft skills get a number - tone, pace and filler words are measured, not just observed.
  • One vendor owns training, content, assessment and reporting - no handoff gaps.
Recruiter mapping

Trained against the tests your students will actually sit

Generic coaching teaches topics. We teach patterns - section weightings, time limits, negative marking and question archetypes for each recruiter, refreshed every hiring cycle and loaded into the question bank.

Eight things that are not add-ons

This is the difference between a trainer on a timetable and a programme that moves a batch's numbers. All eight are in the base commercials.

01

Senior faculty, in person

Every class taught on campus by a trainer with 5+ years of teaching experience.

02

Module-wise practice bank

Topic-tagged, so a student weak in Percentages drills Percentages, not a mixed set.

03

E-books & handouts

Produced in-house, so students revise from the same source their trainer taught from.

04

12 months of LMS access

White-labelled to your institution and live for a full year after classes end.

05

Weekly proctored assessments

Under exam conditions on Infy Assess - the reason readiness is a measurement.

06

Monthly challenges & awards

Leaderboards and recognition - the cheapest intervention we know for holding attendance.

07

Remedial classes

Extra sessions for students the data flags as at-risk. Included, not billed separately.

08

Placement-cell reporting

Batch, section and student readiness in one dashboard, plus a termly written report.

Commercials cover offline training, all assessments, learning material and twelve months of platform access.

Soft skills, done properly

Nobody ever learnt to speak by watching someone speak

The soft skills module runs as a workshop, and every student goes through the same four-step loop several times over the semester. The AI scoring is what makes it repeatable at 400 students instead of 40.

  • GD formats mirror recruiters - case-based, abstract and current-affairs, run to real panel timings.
  • Written communication is marked - email, business writing and professionalism, against a rubric.
  • Confidence is built from evidence - growth mindset and SWOT land only once a student has a score to point at.
01

Teach the frame

Structure, opening, signposting and close - taught as a repeatable format, not general advice.

02

Present to the room

Pods of 8–10. Every student speaks in every session, in front of peers and a trainer.

03

Score it on the platform

The same student runs a recorded mock on Infy Interview Coach. Filler words, tone, pace, expression and posture come back as numbers.Infy Interview Coach

04

Fix one thing, repeat

A personalised improvement checklist, then the loop runs again - and the delta is visible to the student and to your placement cell.

Practice. Get feedback. Get better.

Practice, get feedback, get better. Real-world practice with expert and AI feedback that helps students improve every day. Three stages: Present, presenting presentation skills with structure, clarity, confidence and engagement to a live audience; Feedback, a small group giving expert feedback that helps; and Improve, a Communication Insights dashboard tracking progress with an overall score out of 100 across content, clarity, structure, delivery and confidence, plus AI suggestions such as keep the opening strong, add more examples and improve transitions. Real-world scenarios, expert and AI feedback, measurable improvement, placement confidence.
Reporting

Every institution gets its own readiness report

A live dashboard through the semester, and a written report at the end of every term - built so your placement cell can take it into a board or accreditation review without rewriting it.

Questions from placement cells

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a training vendor?

A training vendor gives you sessions and attendance. We own the whole chain - the trainers, the content, the assessment engine, the AI interview platform and the reporting - so readiness is measured under proctored conditions and evidenced in a written report. You are not asking four suppliers to agree on what a student's score means.

Are the assessments proctored, and how?

Yes, on Infy Assess. AI image and video proctoring flags multiple faces in frame, a student leaving the frame, gaze deviation and tab switching, with violations tracked in real time. The same proctoring is built into the AI mock interviews on Infy Interview Coach.

Whose questions are used?

Ours. Infy Assess ships with a topic-tagged question bank mapped to recruiter patterns, refreshed every hiring cycle. Your faculty can add institution-specific items, and papers can mix MCQ, subjective, coding, file upload and video response in a single test.

What tracking does our placement cell actually get?

Attendance and time-on-task per session, weekly proctored scores by module and section, an automatically generated at-risk list, and cut-off readiness - the percentage of the batch that would currently clear a campus sectional cut-off. Plus a written term report you can take into a board or accreditation review.

Is the training delivered on campus or online?

On campus, in person, by a faculty member with 5+ years of teaching experience. The platform, practice bank and recorded revision library are online and stay available to students for twelve months.

How many students per batch, and can you run our whole cohort?

Up to 60–80 per class. Larger cohorts run as parallel batches on the same syllabus and the same assessment calendar, so reporting stays comparable across sections. We made over 50,000 students career-ready across our client base last academic year.

Can we change the balance between modules?

Yes. The default split is our recommendation, not a fixed package. We run a diagnostic on a sample batch first and propose a reweighted plan - more verbal ability where a batch needs it, more executive workshops for a postgraduate cohort.

What happens to students who fall behind?

The weekly assessment data generates the at-risk list, and extra classes for those students are included in the engagement rather than billed separately. Moving the bottom quartile is what moves a batch median - the top quartile usually looks after itself.

What is Board Infinity accredited by?

Accredited and approved by CII as an industry partner for academic credits, an NCVET-approved awarding body, and an approved partner of NSDC and NASSCOM. We are also an ILO partner on labour initiatives and a global Coursera instructor partner alongside organisations like IBM and Google.

When should this start in the academic calendar?

Semester 1. Aptitude compounds and communication takes longest to shift, so a programme starting in the pre-placement semester is doing remediation rather than preparation. For engineering institutions we recommend the three-semester track.

Next step

Let's put a costed plan against your batch

Tell us your cohort size and academic calendar. We come back with a proposed module plan, a semester timetable and commercials - usually within three working days.

  • A free diagnostic assessment of a sample batch on Infy Assess, so the plan is built on your data.
  • A semester-wise timetable mapped to your academic calendar, not a generic one.
  • A sample readiness report so you can see exactly what your placement cell will receive.
